2023 Women to Watch Nominations
The Business Insurance Women to Watch Awards & Leadership Conference is the only recognition program that celebrates leading women from every facet of the commercial insurance industry. ​Winners come from commercial insurance, risk management, and related fields such as consulting and law.
What started as a recognition program in 2006, has grown into an educational program aimed at the advancement of women in commercial insurance. In 2016, Business Insurance launched the EMEA Women to Watch Awards program which recognizes winners from Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
This year's program will include a half-day professional development conference, followed by an awards ceremony. Both the Women to Watch and Women to Watch EMEA winners will be announced on businessinsurance.com in September and profiled in the December 2023 issue of Business Insurance.

Both the professional development conferences and awards dinners are open to all members of the insurance and risk management industries, including past honorees, colleagues, family and friends.
Women to Watch - EMEA
To be considered for the 2023 Business Insurance Women to Watch EMEA Awards, nominees must be working in the sector on Nov. 1, 2023. Nominees must have achieved significant professional success and possess exceptional leadership skills and expertise. Evidence of such must be provided in the nomination form, which should also include three (3) recommendations from clients, managers and/or coworkers.
